Fall in Southwest Florida doesn't arrive with a blaze of maple leaves. It shows up as a cooler breeze under the oaks, softer evening light, and afternoons that finally feel good to spend outside.
At Creator's Farm & Garden, our 5-acre garden event venue in Venice, FL, that means one thing: it's time to gather. This season we're opening the gates for a cozy paint night, three Open Garden Days, and a wedding mixer for engaged couples. Here's everything on the calendar for Fall 2026.

Fall Paint Night: Friday, October 2, 6:30–8:30 PM. $25 per person. Call (941) 800-8357 to reserve.
Open Garden Days: Saturday, October 24; Saturday, November 14; and Friday, December 11, 9:30 AM–3:30 PM. $10 adults, $5 ages 5–21, free for ages 4 and under. No registration needed.
Wedding Mixer: Sunday, December 6, 3:00–6:00 PM. Free, with RSVP required.

Fall Paint Night: Friday, October 2
Kick off the season with a brush in one hand and a warm chai latte in the other. From 6:30 to 8:30 PM, our instructor will walk you step by step through a vibrant autumn tree painting, glowing with orange, gold, and red leaves.
No experience needed. Beginners and seasoned painters sit side by side, and every supply is included. You bring yourself, and you leave with a finished painting to hang at home.

Planning a birthday, girls' night, or team outing? The same setting works beautifully for a private paint party or creative workshop. Ask about hosting your own.
Open Garden Days: October 24, November 14, and December 11
Most of the year, Creator's Farm & Garden is a private venue. On Open Garden Days, we open the gates to everyone. It's your chance to explore Venice's hidden garden at your own pace, from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Wander shaded paths beneath ancient oaks, through edible and ornamental gardens designed with food forest and permaculture principles. Along the way you'll find Scripture woven through the grounds, tree swings, hammocks, and plenty of benches for resting. Kids love the swings and obstacle courses.
Make a day of it. Pack a lunch and eat at one of several spots throughout the garden, or cool off in The Sanctuary, our air-conditioned indoor space. Bathrooms are on site.

Wedding Mixer: Sunday, December 6
Newly engaged, or deep in the planning spreadsheets? The Wedding Collective – SWFL is bringing local couples and wedding pros together at Creator's Farm & Garden from 3:00 to 6:00 PM. Think less crowded bridal expo, more relaxed afternoon with people who love weddings.
You'll meet local wedding vendors face to face, including photographers, DJs, caterers, planners, and bakers. Ask real questions, compare notes, and find the vendors who actually fit your style and budget. Food, drinks, and giveaways are part of the fun.
Couples at any stage of planning are welcome. Bring your fiancé, your mom, your wedding party, or your favorite planning sidekick.
It's also a chance to experience our wedding venue in Venice, FL, firsthand. See the oak-shaded grounds, The Sanctuary, and the spaces where couples say "I do" all year long.

Host Your Own Fall or Holiday Event at Our Venice Event Venue
Fall and winter are the best seasons for outdoor events in Florida. The humidity drops, evenings cool off, and the oak canopy is at its most comfortable. It's the perfect time to host your own gathering here.
The Sanctuary at Creator's Farm & Garden is a private event venue for gatherings of about 50 up to 180 guests. Popular events this time of year include:

Spaces you can book:
The Sanctuary: A 2,500 sq ft indoor, air-conditioned space for receptions, luncheons, showers, workshops, and presentations.
Tree of Life Ceremony Area: A 2,000 sq ft shaded, paved space beneath the oaks for ceremonies, vow renewals, and prayer gatherings.
Outdoor Bar: A 5,000 sq ft paved gathering space under ancient oaks for receptions, cocktail hours, and holiday parties.
Grove Banquet Table: Seats up to 100 guests, or up to 180 when rearranged, for rehearsal dinners and family-style meals.
Sarah's Suite (Bridal Studio): A private lounge with restroom and vanities for getting ready.
Abraham's Cabin (Groom's Retreat): A private, air-conditioned retreat for the groom and his party.
Included with your rental: tables, chairs, and white linens; access to the gardens for your guests; on-site support staff; an indoor sound system and projector; Wi-Fi and restrooms; and private getting-ready spaces. You're also welcome to bring in your own trusted caterer, and additional services are available through our preferred vendor partners.
